# Partner Portal

Every Archera partner has access to the Partner Portal in your main Archera Partner Account. You can access it by logging in, selecting your account name in the top left, and selecting "Partner Portal". If you don't have access to this, please ping us in the shared Slack or Teams channel.

**You are able to add new customer accounts from the partner portal by clicking the "Add Account" button in the top right.**

[Here's a view of what the partner portal looks like.](https://app.storylane.io/share/tdutfjlpikpm)

1. **Tier**: This shows your current Archera Partner Tier Level, which includes the existing revenue share percentage.
2. **Available Tasks**: Tasks available per customer account (completing onboarding, enabling the marketplace, etc.)
3. **Leaderboards**: Leaderboard for the quarter based on revenue generated and new accounts onboarded.
4. **Commission Earned**: Commission earned for the period.
5. **Partner Success Metrics**: Number of missing CPPOs, Net Missed Revenue (commitment plans that could have been executed but weren't), Savings Opportunity (commitment plans that could be executed), and Lifetime Total Revenue.
6. **Table of all Customer Accounts**: All partner customer accounts sorted by savings opportunity.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.archera.ai/partners/partner-administration/partner-portal.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
