# How Do I Configure SSO for Azure AD?

You can set up authentication via SAML for Azure AD by following the in-app instructions on the [SSO settings page](https://app.archera.ai/settings?tab=sso). For the general, provider-agnostic setup flow, see [Single Sign-On (SSO)](/help-center/sign-in-and-security/single-sign-on-sso.md).

## Setup Steps

### Step 1: Create an Azure AD Application

Create an application in Azure Active Directory by following [Microsoft's enterprise app setup instructions](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/manage-apps/add-application-portal).

### Step 2: Provide Credentials to Archera

Provide the following to Archera via the website forms:

* Login URL
* Azure AD Identifier

### Step 3: Update Azure Application Configuration

Update your application with the **"Audience URI"** and **"Assertion Consumer Service URL"** in the "Basic SAML Configuration" section.

## Next Steps

All these instructions are also included in the in-app walkthrough.

At this point Azure AD should be configured to enable your team to login to Archera via SSO.

Please reach out to <support@archera.ai> if you have any questions or encounter any issues during the process.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.archera.ai/help-center/sign-in-and-security/how-do-i-configure-sso-for-azure-ad.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
