# Does Archera Rely on Azure Exchanges or Returns Policy?

No, Archera's money-back guarantee on insured commitments on Azure operates independently of the Microsoft Azure Exchange and Return system.

We do happily support customers who may want to perform exchanges for underperforming reservations but that's not how we provide our guaranteed protection against commitment underutilization.

## How Do Rebate GRIs Work?

In the event of underutilization, after the initial lock in period (30 days or 1 year), a rebate accrues to the customer for any net negative savings from the commitment. This rebate can be used to offset other GRI premiums, or the customer can provide a bank account in the Payment Planner page to receive an ACH transfer for the rebate amount.

## How Do I Set Up Rebate?

To set up Rebate GRIs, you will need to add a bank account for rebate payouts in the Payment Planner.
