# Can Archera Help Resell or Manage Underutilized AWS Convertible RIs?

Archera fully supports purchasing & managing AWS EC2 Convertible RIs (CRIs) for free via our platform.

AWS EC2 CRIs cannot be resold, however Archera does support **auto-exchanging AWS CRIs** continuously based on customer defined policies, which can maximize their utilization by effectively reducing the committed hourly cost to match real-time usage in exchange for a slightly longer term.

This can leave room to cover truly variable & uncertain workloads with options that are fully re-sellable or come with a rebate guarantee like Archera's Guaranteed Commitments (which often also provide a higher net savings rate).

Archera is the sole 100% free tool that automatically reduces waste from any unused CRIs until they expire. This process is managed through both a fully automated approach and a human-in-the-loop exchange policy.
