AWS requires a U.S. bank account to enable access to the AWS EC2 Standard RI marketplace or to participate as a (re)seller or channel partner in the AWS Software & Services Marketplace.
For companies located outside the U.S. that prefer not to navigate the complexities of establishing a U.S. bank account directly, there are two streamlined approaches:
Use the Wise application to establish a U.S. bank account and link it with your AWS account. You can then use the Wise app to transfer any funds disbursed by AWS into that account to a connected bank account in your home country.
Follow the steps in the "Additional Seller Requirements" section of the AWS marketplace seller guide, specifically the steps to set up the Hyperwallet application to get an assigned U.S. Bank account that you can link with your AWS Account.
