# How Can I Set Up a Bank Account to Enable the AWS Marketplace?

AWS requires a U.S. bank account to enable access to the AWS EC2 Standard RI marketplace or to participate as a (re)seller or channel partner in the AWS Software & Services Marketplace.

For companies located outside the U.S. that prefer not to navigate the complexities of establishing a U.S. bank account directly, there are two streamlined approaches:

## The Archera Recommended Solution

Use the [Wise application](https://wise.com/help/articles/2968914/how-do-i-receive-money-from-amazon-with-wise) to establish a U.S. bank account and link it with your AWS account. You can then use the Wise app to transfer any funds disbursed by AWS into that account to a connected bank account in your home country.

## The AWS Recommended Solution

Follow the steps in the "Additional Seller Requirements" section of the AWS marketplace seller guide, specifically the steps to [set up the Hyperwallet application](https://external-mp-channel-partners.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/AWS+Marketplace+-+Hyperwallet+Setup+Instructions.pdf) to get an assigned U.S. Bank account that you can link with your AWS Account.
